We are happy to announce our holiday support hours so that you know exactly what will be available and when.
There will be NO support available on December 25th, and January 1st in celebration of Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

There will be very limited staff available to respond to support center tickets and we ask that you allow extra time for us to assist with
your questions. However, if your request is urgent, please stress this in the subject line of your message.
We do have emergency staff on-call twenty-four hours a day throughout the whole of the holiday period to monitor the servers and back-end
technologies just in case of emergencies.
