We are happy to announce our holiday support hours so that you know exactly what will be available and when.

There will be NO support available on December 25th, and January 1st in celebration of Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Christmas Eve (24th): Skeleton Staff to deal with emergencies
Christmas Day (25th): Holiday
Boxing Day (26th): Skeleton Staff to deal with emergencies
27th-30th December: Working as usual
31st December: Skeleton Staff to deal with emergencies
New Year's Day (1st): Holiday
2nd January: Back to normal

There will be very limited staff available to respond to support center tickets and we ask that you allow extra time for us to assist with your questions. However, if your request is urgent, please stress this in the subject line of your message.

We do have emergency staff on-call twenty-four hours a day throughout the whole of the holiday period to monitor the servers and back-end technologies just in case of emergencies.

Your patience over this festive period is much appreciated.
