My download seems incomplete ?
My download seems incomplete ?
Solution
If your audio seems incomplete, please check the runtimes for each file using Windows Media Player. They should add up to the total runtime for the audio shown in it's description on the site.
If they seem short, it's possible an internet blip at the time you were downloading caused a loss of some data.
Please login to your Library at the site and download the files again, at a quiet internet time for your location.
If the files appear to be the wrong files for your title, do please let us know, but meanwhile please check the files at the two other quality settings. If they are correct you can download those as a temporary solution.
If your download has other playback quality issues, please register for support and let us know. We'll get the issue corrected as soon as we can.
