Why do I have to register for support ?
Solution
Registering for support at the Helpdesk here is a separate process to registering as a customer at the site.
This is because potential customers may wish to ask us a question before they go on to register as a customer at the site and make a purchase.
Once you've registered for support, you can post a support request even if you haven't yet purchased an audio from us.
You can also request help if your download is one of our free titles.
Using the same email address for both customer support and your customer account on the site enables us to help you better.
