 "Username" doesn't recognise my email address ?
Solution When logging in to your Library at the site, or when logging in to the license pop up box, you have the option of inputting the password you chose when registering as a customer, plus, either your registered email address or chosen Username, in the Username box.

If your email address is not recognised in the Username box, this may be because a different address was used to create the user account, or the format (upper/lower case) being input is different to the original.

In the Username box, use the Username you chose when registering instead of an email address, plus your Password.
